  • Abstract
In vitro purification for autologous hematopoietic stem cells exposed to microwaves has recently become a hot research field. But the facing troubles is that there is a higher recrudescence rate in patients treated by this treatment. It is considered that there is no difference in temperature change between inside and surface of cell suspensions. So temperature monitoring is often ignored indide the inplants under microwave iradiation. This is a possible important factor for high recurrence rate of the disease. Based on the conduct hot theory and computer technology, the variety of the temperature inside the cell suspensions was studied in this paper intensively. The research results shows that the temperature change of the implants exposed to a microwaves are different universally . Also , difference in temperature change is big between inside and surface of liquid. So it is very important to check and control the temperature change in a cell suspension so as to the microwaves can kill the leukemic cell more selectively while affects normal cell less. This can reduces recrudescence rate and increase cure rate in patients treated by purification for autologous hematopoietic stem cells in vitro.
