Abstract

Network teaching platform based on VOD is widely used in higher education. The increasing of the information-resources and numbers of users causes the promotion of VOD system´s scale and complication of it. In the paper, WEB mining technology will be applied to the VOD system to generate the relational model. Film personalized recommendation will be realized through the Foreground recommend program. As the result of that, we can improve the user´s visiting efficiency and enhance the service of the VOD system. The paper also brings forward a new idea, that is, we can divide the users according to not only the recommendation of the group but also the colleges and universities´ network IP addresses so as to make the service more intelligent and humanized.
