  • Abstract
    A set of real time monitor system for heat flux of blast furnace is developed to guarantee safety production and energy saving, for real time monitoring and maintenance of cooling deceives is importance for long-life blast furnace. Software and hardware technology based on digital wireless network for cooling deceive monitoring in BF are discussed. From numerical simulation and data collected by the system, the conclusions could be obtained: early warning value for temperature difference of cooling water is changed with refractory structure. The tap cycle and index burden permeability of blast furnace also affect temperature difference obviously; the cooling stave made by cooper tend protect refractory at bosh.
