Research on Technological Innovation Ability for Enterprises in Handan Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Appraisal Model

At present many enterprises are doing various technological innovation ability appraisal, they all intend to take advantage of this to propel the enterprises´ technological innovation, but we must make sure the appraisal method is scientific, feasible and standard, also the degree of efficiency and authenticity about the appraisal result should be well. In this paper, the application of multi-level fuzzy mathematic appraisal ways in the ability of technological innovation of Handan´s enterprises is studied. The appraisal index system is set up and the second fuzzy comprehensive appraisal model is given out.
