  • Abstract
    Properties of Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3, PST, PSN and PLZT ceramics important for various applications in electronics and electrooptics and effects caused by strong electric field and temperature dependence as well as structure ordering, ion substitutions, stoichiometric defects and different type of irradiation are discussed. Some specific characteristics of ordered sharp phase transition PST ceramic with high electrocaloric effect and test of PLZT 8/65/35 relaxor type electrooptic ceramic as infrared Nd:YAG and Er:YAG laser radiation modulators are considered
