  • Abstract
The micro-packaged remote powered pressure sensor described in this paper is part of a new approach to measure underground pressure for oilfield exploration applications. The proposed data acquisition system reduces the measurement time by reducing the required test volume. It is also key to a high-density probe package that significantly improves reliability while reducing cost and maintenance.
