Abstract
Distributed video coding is a new paradigm for video compression. Practical distributed video coding are promising solutions for emerging applications. Nevertheless, more study and exploration is needed. This paper proposes an application of distributed source coding for video coding. While most of the solutions proposed in literature rely on an off-line model training the proposed solution is based on an on-line model training that exploits information from conventionally encoded frames.
