Abstract
Coal mine production safety concerns people´s lives and property safety, how to change the current staff behind the underground coal mining enterprise management mode, how to implement modern management, information technology companies of all coal mining concern. Therefore, the establishment of disaster prevention, accident assistance, and electronic information management as the main objective of information technology and intelligent building is imperative. For 3G wireless networks, analyzes the 3G wireless network in the feasibility of underground mining, and I proposes a new video surveillance system solutions. Hoped that the program design help the timely and accurate reflection of the underground mine conditions to the ground, enabling managers to keep abreast of mine personnel, equipment distribution and the movement of each of the miners, in order to facilitate a more reasonable scheduling management. When an accident occurs, rescue personnel can take appropriate and timely relief measures to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue work.
