  • Abstract
    The rubber track wheel conversion that the new design has some disadvantages, such as short life of the rubber track, the heavier quality, stronger vibrates and running deviation and f-wheel. This article in carries on the analysis to the rubber track wheel conversion structure composition and the performance merit, elaborated the rubber track wheel conversion the question as well as the solution which needs to pay attention in the design. And the key research for the pedestal design has conducted according to the design to rubber track the conversion, separately has carried on the characteristic analysis and the finite element analysis to middle brace and the bracket brace type two pedestal ways, explained the necessity which is used middle brace in the heavy track wheel design.
