The construction of the teacher withdraw mechanism of Chinese universities

As one important part of the management system of university teacher, Withdraw Mechanism is the key to the high-level teachers. Through in-depth analysis, the paper found that the main issues include: Employment mechanism and evaluation mechanism for restricting the withdrawal mechanism, the limitations of its own existence exit mechanism and the external environment and other issues. And then, proposed to build a mechanism for withdrawal of University Teachers some suggestions: improve teacher employment system, optimize teacher evaluation mechanism to strengthen exit mechanism for self-building of teachers, improve the social security system and strengthen public opinion guidance, etc.
