  • Abstract
In this study, a glucose biosensor model was developed. The experiment was performed by connecting commercial amperiometric glucose biosensor with transimpedance amplifier (TIA) readout circuit. By supplying various AC signals and glucose solutions to the biosensor, the resistance and capacitance of the biosensor was found. In conclusion, an amperiometric glucose biosensor model is a parallel combination of 2 resistors (1 for biosensor and 1 for enzymatic reaction) and 2 capacitors (1 for biosensor and 1 for enzymatic reaction).
