Abstract
Military materials supply chain (MMSC) is the bridge of transforming national economy into military forces. In the operational process to utilize resources creating military customers demand value, MMSC generate some kind of "potential energy" at the same time, which is just as the rise of human capability accompany with people\´s growth. On the basis of reviewing the representative standpoints on core competence conception all over the world, the authors analyze the development of MMSC core competence, and then establish the model framework of MMSC core competence according to modern military logistics support principles. Finally, the relationships of MMSC core competence layers are discussed.
