  • Abstract
In this paper, 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch ECM for measurement were discussed. The changes of sensitivity to frequency in UC-59 is within plusmn 0.2 dB from 10 Hz till l 7 kHz while it is within plusmn 0.3 dB from 100 Hz till 30 kHz in UC-54. The linearity of measured value and applied sound pressure was realized below 148 dB in UC-59.
