  • Abstract
    The choice of locations for logistics facility has an influence not only on logistics cost but also on the level of customer service. However, traditional facility location models all lay emphasis on logistics cost and ignore the service level. To overcome this inefficiency, by considering the level of customer service, logistics facility location model based on reliability is presented. Then, a numerical example is used to illustrate the application of the model, which shows the method is feasible and has great advantages over traditional models.
