Research and Application of Sludge Conditioning Technology

The discharge amount of the industrial wastewater and domestic sewage is increasing, resulting by the growth of the municipal sludge. The effective treatment of the sludge becomes a problem we need to solve. The sludge conditioning is the key procedure for treating and disposing the sludge. By summarizing the related documents and materials on sludge conditioning studied by the scholars from home and abroad, this paper has made a summarization and conclusion on various methods for sludge conditioning and the associated use of different conditioning methods of the sludge in detail, and pointed out the existing problems in current study and proposed an expectation on the development trend in the future.
