Abstract
A new numerical method of simulating charge collection in basic electronic components such as diodes is presented. It enables one to solve the carrier transport equations by using precalculated gradient and Laplacian operators. The goal is to be applicable for basic components in a cylindrical symmetry with short calculation times on a small computer
