Abstract
A measurement system was designed with a tool to measure end-user information competency in an enterprise of the information environment. Through a pilot test of 152 respondents, the validity and reliability of the developed tool construct was verified by factor analysis and reliability analysis through the application of SPSS software. The application and utilization of the measurement system designed with a developed tool was confirmed by applying it to the measurement of the end-user information competency for 264 workers in an enterprise and with presenting the results of their measurements. This system will contribute to improving the information competency of human resources in industrial fields.
