  • Abstract
Based on the elastoplasticity contact finite element theory, the high contact-radio gear three dimensional static state finite element analysis model was established, The Newton-Raphson method is used to get the statics contact stress and load distribution factor of gear teeth, and the influence of different fricton coefficients. Comparison with Hertz contact stress, the correctness of this method was confirmed. Internal vibration characteristics of the gears be researched, the former 5 order of Natural frequencies and major modes of the gear were calculated, the results provided theoretical basis for the design and application of helical in volute gear.
