Abstract
This paper presents a fully integrated 2.4/5.2 GHz dual-band low-noise amplifier (LNA) for WLAN applications. By switching the input transconductance and the output inductance, the narrow-band gain and impedance matching are achieved at the 2.4GHz and the 5.2GHz frequency bands. Using a standard 90nm CMOS process, a compact dual-band LNA is realized in the proposed topology. The circuit exhibits gains of 23.76dB and 21.41dB, and Noise Figure of 1.9dB and ldB at the two frequency bands, respectively.
