Abstract
PSpice is one of the most extensive simulation software for current analogy circuit, and it can´t be used in circuit simulation for new integrate circuit (IC) or without current model in PSpice model library. PSpice modeling method is detailed and the model for variable gain amplifier AD603 is founded as an example, a series of simulation is conducted for the designed model. The simulations prove that the designed PSpice model is precise and can be used in circuit simulation.
