  • Abstract
    A parallel roll configuration scheme of hot ribbed bar straightening system is introduced in this paper. by applying elastic-plastic deformation theory and interrelated knowledge of material mechanics, mathematical model of triple-roller blocked rotation is established and anti-torque mathematical function expression is deduced based on straightening principle. The anti-torque function of triple-roller is proved by calculating the rotation torque released by steel bars during uncoiling. The parameters determination methods of triple-roller blocked rotation straightening system is researched.
