  • Abstract
    The joint parameter estimation has important application background and gets widespread attention in radar, mobile communications and other fields. In this paper, a joint estimation algorithm of time delay and the direction of arrival is presented for linear array. It constructs a space-time manifold matrix. The received signal of array antennas is analyzed. Result shows that the received signal has trilinear model characteristics. Then it calculates time delay and the direction of arrival using the 2-d MUSIC algorithm. Through theory analysis and simulation, this algorithm is proved to be effective, and has simple structure and easy to understand.
