Abstract
We consider decentralized control of a process with multiple sensors, controllers and actuators interconnected by analog erasure links. To stabilize the process, feedback information needs to be transmitted over both implicit signaling channels and external erasure channels. Based on a data flow network model, a necessary and sufficient condition for mean squared stabilizability of the process is obtained. Stabilizing algorithms are designed as a constructive proof for the sufficiency of the condition.
