  • Abstract
    The thermal power is a major source of secondary energy In Inner Mongolia, and also the thermal power enterprises are making a large of pollutions to environment. This paper analyzed the environmental cost in the view of Circular Economy of the thermal power enterprises. This paper mainly has the following researches: apply the life cycle theory to environmental cost´ definition of thermal power enterprises, and based on the life cycle and activity-based costing method, distributed environmental costs to different units; This paper studies and brings about an environmental cost calculation model of thermal power enterprises in Inner Mongolia.
