Abstract

According to the characteristics of group creative activities, group creative process was divided into five phase: initial preparation, individual conceiving and creating, group integration and creating, innovation program evaluation, program implementation. On this basis, combined with SECI Spiral model of knowledge creation, Conversion mechanism of four categories of knowledge including Individual Explicit Knowledge, Individual Tacit Knowledge, Group Explicit Knowledge, Group Tacit Knowledge in group creative process was analyzed, creative thinking and creative tools in promoting the role of knowledge transfer was analyzed, too. Finally, the strategy for enhancing group creativity was promoted.
