Study on Supplier Selection Based on AHP and BP Neural Network

In accordance with the issue that the selection of suppliers lacks supporting theory, this paper mainly adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the best supplier, thus the management decision-making is going to be more scientific. In the meanwhile, through quantification calculation of the five indexes of suppliers selection and appraisal, which are the supplier´s quality, the supplying situation, the communication and service, the transaction cost and arrear permission sum, as well as the Uniform Examination by using the BP neural network, the insufficiently objective problem of the AHP has been made up scientifically, and the decision-making is more scientific and credible.
