  • Abstract
    This paper presents feasible performance of digitally-controlled three-level three-phase voltage source soft switching inverter with two auxiliary resonant DC link snubbers which can operate under a condition of zero voltage switching (ZVS). The operating principle of this inverter topology which is suitable for a high power energy storage utilization system is discussed as compared with a two-level soft switching inverter. The system effectiveness of the new inverter treated here are proved on the basis of the experimental results
