Abstract
Pauli Master-equation approach has been used to study the low temperature mobility of the charge carrier in conjugated polymeric disordered materials and demonstrated by the Mott-type variable range hopping (VRH) mechanism for d=1, 2 and 3. We have presented the method to solve Pauli Master-equation numerically in order to understand the role of different hops in the overall mobility and to show the temperature dependent distribution of hops over distances and energies. These are important parameter in organic semiconductor device fabrication.
