A Novel Management Strategy for Project Item in an International Environment

According to the strategy-implementation theory based on project management, strategy could be implemented by project management mechanism. However, no empirical analysis has ever examined how project management mechanism acts in international for business strategy and corporate performance. This study introduces project management mechanisms such as cultural behavior, project team and international operations to be the tools to implement strategy, and then tests the significant of project management mechanisms in international environment. The results show that the strategies are significant for low-cost and corporate performance. It is verified that the project management mechanisms, in varying degrees, can be ways to implement the strategy.
