  • Abstract
    An approach to constructing the event-driven power virtual enterprise based on SOA is brought forward in this paper to aim at the issues about the business integration, resources share and collaboration. In the paper, the publish/subscribe based the business event process mechanism is introduced to cope with the dynamic selection of partners and self-determinedly affiliating during the constructing process of virtual enterprise. At the foundation of the mechanism, work theory, partner discovery algorithm and negotiation aided partner selection are discussed. At last, it takes some power plant´s raw coal purchasing process as a scene to demonstrate its application. The application expresses the quick reaction ability of enterprises to demand change. It makes the response time, adaptability, teamwork ability and efficiency improved greatly.
