Abstract
From the perspective of social networks, this paper makes quantitative analysis on the competitiveness of individuals in a competitive selection process. In the analysis of social network based on competitive selection, the paper uses degree centrality, betweenness centrality and social capital as the main indicators of node competitiveness. It proposes the calculation functions of competitiveness and uses the “vertical-and-horizontal” method to determine the weight coefficient. Finally, we use Markov model to predict the development trend of node competitiveness.
