Abstract
There are a number of internet-based video streaming products and several mobile video streaming technologies currently available. However, little has been specifically developed for mobile-to-mobile video streaming using the Internet Protocol (IP). This paper discusses some currently available technical implementations in mobile peer-to-peer (P2P) video streaming. These technologies will be compared with respect to their mobile-to-mobile video performance in a packet switched environment. Alternative methods in achieving mobile P2P video streaming are also mentioned.
