Abstract
The issue of credit protection has been long restricting the development of E-commerce. Based on the research on Alibaba, this article figures out that we should take from Orbian´s advanced experience to explore the way to the localization of online third-party payment and further combine it with the improved evaluation system to perfect the credit guarantee of E-commerce.
