Abstract
The development of renewable resources industry is important to our recycling economy, this research adopts factor analysis and correlation analysis to study the datum of seven renewable resources processing zones which approved to been building by our state, and to establish the quantitative model that evaluates construction necessity of renewable resources processing zone. The results show that to promote the healthy development of renewable resource industries, the important condition of existence is that the production of enterprises in park is needed to be demanded by market. The investment in public utilities is a key factor affecting park´s development, and local economic development is not necessarily related to that.
