After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Mergers and reorganizations of enterprise are an important way to achieve the efficient allocation of resources. How to effectively run after the merger and reorganization, it needs to establish a coordinated and orderly financial management mechanisms and modes. The paper is set in the mergers and reorganizations of the large-scale coal enterprises in China. It is to conduct the all-around analysis tin financial management and accounting, to select the financial management mode and solve the real problems in the operations, and to provide support for the efficient, and long-term operation of the enterprise.
