Abstract
This article explain the meaning of patient satisfaction and theory of perceived service quality, then combined special areas of hospital services to present ideas that: cure the disease, cost, external environment, commitments and promises, perceptions of payment, and other factors will affect the hospital´s patient satisfaction. These factors propose measures and suggestions to improvement the hospital patient satisfaction.
