Abstract
This paper discusses the holistic intelligence of the Neuro-Endocrine-Immune (N-E-I) system, and argues that the three systems are not independent and instead work together to maintain the stability of the body´s´ homeostasis. Inspired by the systematic study of the whole intelligence, the paper presents an artificial homeostasis security-coordination model. The security functions of the artificial nerve system, artificial immune system, and artificial endocrine system are also elaborated on; the mechanisms of their security cooperation are well-detailed. Finally, a prototype framework for E-Government system is implemented and discussed. The artificial homeostasis model can make different security technologies work together and adjust each other, and integrate different security products to coordinate in Intrusion Detection, security management, and prevent potential attacks or system security holes.
