Abstract
In Group-buying auction, the auctioneer is divided into two different roles, including suppliers and auction agent. The principal-agent relationship arises between suppliers and auction agent. To analyze this relationship, this paper describes the auction flow and Point out that this relationship is accord with common agency. We explore the goal conflict and information asymmetry of this principal-agent relationship. We also investigate the adverse selection and moral hazard from agent perspective and try to put forward the preliminary scheme to solve the problems.
