  • Abstract
The relationship between performance and ambient temperature of the development of low cemented friction materials has been studied, the influence of the changes of molding ambient temperature to the frictional properties and mechanical properties of materials ha been analysed by testing in the molding process, the rule that friction material properties with mold variation of ambient temperature is gained. Mold temperature is matched with the ambient temperature in the cold-molding, the importance of molding temperature parameters has fully been proved by the research in the processing, a meaningful basis data have been provided for the production and theoretical studies.
