Abstract
The global issues of the equilibrium points of neural networks (NNs) of neutral type with time-varying delay is investigated in this paper. Novel delay-dependent exponential stability criteria is established by employing free weighting metrics technology, Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theorem and linear matrix inequalities (LMI) technique. Two examples with numerical simulation are given to illustrate the effectiveness of our results and to compare with the recent results.
