Abstract
The concept of distributed parameter switched systems was presented through introducing switched systems into distributed parameter systems (DPS). By using the model description method of switched systems and DPS, a model of a class of nonlinear distributed parameter switched systems was given. Stabilization of the nonlinear distributed parameter switched systems with two classes of subsystems was discussed and the sufficient conditions of exponential stability were obtained via semigroup theory. As a specific example, the stable analysis of linear distributed parameter switched systems was studied as well.
