Research on semantic information resource catalog

Finding and locating information resource can be solved by information resource catalog, while traditional catalogs are on the basis of meta data technology, by which queries have bad quality. Information found can not be shared effectively because of understanding obstacle to it. A new catalog technology is proposed, with which semantic data are used to describe characters of shared government information resource. Catalog and semantics of information resource are all recorded normatively. People can not only find and locate information resource but also understand them.
