  • Abstract
An analytical method to obtain the fragility curve of simple-supported concrete bridges in service is proposed in this paper. The random time-dependent strength of concrete and reinforced bars, the uncertainty of mass and dimensions of bridges are considered to build the model samples. The fragility curve of concrete bridges is given with the maximal relative displacement at the top of piles respect to the peak ground acceleration (PGA). It is a feasible approach to analyze the seismic fragility of bridges in regions where earthquake damage data are scare.
