Abstract
With the development of electronic technology, information technology and other high-tech, the marine simulator was more and more advanced and perfect. It can be said that modern maritime education and training has been inseparable from the navigation simulators. However, the application is not very satisfactory in some aspects, especially in the standardization of training and assessment. After illustrating the status of China´s marine simulator training and assessment, a few comments on the standardization are made based on the STCW78/95 Convention and the requirements of the shipping industries. A hierarchical structure is built to consider the influence factors. And then, the Fuzzy-AHP model is introduced, which can provide a theory basis for the standardization and automatic implementation of the marine simulator training and assessment.
