Abstract
Through the systematic study of spatial structure of aluminum alloy and the summary of traditional joints type used in aluminum alloy spatial structure, a new type of joint: cast aluminum joint is put forward. The design procedure and calculation method of the cast aluminum joint is discussed and design suggestion is given. Combined with practical work, the mechanical properties of the cast aluminum joint are analyzed. This paper is not only help for the spread and use of the cast aluminum joint, but also apply reference for projects design.
