Abstract
In this paper a new algorithm of monocular vision for spatial position is presented. The feature points of the object and its symmetrical image in the mirror are occurred in the same picture by the principle of prospective geometry. So the accurate position of feature points in the three-dimension space can be calculated. This algorithm solves the problem that location of depth of field is difficult in the space of monocular vision. It can not only obtain the high precision of position, but also avoid the difficult problem of matching from the way of binocular vision. The algorithm is feasible and has less calculation on the computer by the experimental verification.
