  • Abstract
    As generation and application of new technologies, a series of new problems of wireless network communications are revealed, ability to effectively monitor the wireless network is significant. There are some shortages in the major network monitoring system solutions at present: Not all automation of monitoring tasks can be implemented; Scripts for auto-monitoring are complex; Auto-monitoring systems of different vendors are independent, and versatility and portability is poor. As the requirements of automation for web-based monitoring and the above problems, we designed and developed "auto-monitoring system for wireless network" as an attempt in this direction. The system consists of the following characteristics: Auto system and monitoring tools are separated; Application programming interface (API) is taken used; XML is taken to transfer data.
