A new model of developing practical and innovation ability based on courseware

In the teaching process, it is difficult to culture practical ability and innovation ability by some independent courses. This paper presents a new model to culture students´ practical and innovation ability based on courseware and give analysis to the information management current developed trending. This paper designs four courses to compose a courseware and these courses are distributed among four years´ schemes of bachelor´s degrees, and follow in proper sequence to improve student´s ability. The model is used to culture student who major information management in Shanghai University for five years´ teaching practice. The innovative model has been illustrated to be effect by student´s ability evaluation.
