  • Abstract
Innovation talent development has been paid great attention during the undergraduate education in Chinese universities. Since equipments, instructors, and time are limited, the innovation development projects couldn´t cover all the undergraduate students. This paper proposes a constraint-based planning method based on E-CARGO collaborative model for undergraduate education towards innovation talent development. The equipments are abstracted and modeled in catalog, the availability is described and the talent development program is defined as many projects. Algorithms are presented to check the equipment´s lacking and remove the conflict on demand.
