Research and practice on design method of special course system

In view of the problems of higher learning which formulate and amend their training plan, this article proposes the design thought of special course system and the model which adapts to it, and establish the model of special training target. Taking the major of network engineering as the example, this article gives the design result of special course system doing the concrete research and the practice by utilizing this model and method. Finally, this article gives the appraisal and the summary of this method, and explains several questions which need to note.
